Product and technical support
Include your browser and extension version, whether you use the web desktop or extension, and the steps that caused the issue. Screenshots can help; remove private bookmarks, notes, account tokens and other sensitive details before sending them.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Include your purchase email and order or transaction reference. Never send full payment-card details, passwords or verification codes. You can also manage a Paddle purchase through your receipt or Paddle buyer support. Our Refund Policy provides a 14-day refund for your first payment.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, export or deletion requests, email the same support address with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity.
