If WinTabOS Pro is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment<\/strong>. This applies to both monthly and annual first purchases.<\/p>\n Email wintabos@163.com<\/a> with your purchase email, payment date and transaction or order reference. You may also contact Paddle buyer support<\/a>. A reason is helpful but is not required for an eligible first-payment request. Do not send full card details, passwords or security codes.<\/p>\n Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the provider and bank. Refunded paid access may end when the refund is processed.<\/p>\n The voluntary 14-day offer applies to the first payment only, not automatically to recurring renewals. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge. Use account subscription management, the management link in your payment receipt or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not itself request a refund. Without a refund, access normally remains until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the extension or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.<\/p>\n Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, unauthorized charges or a service problem.
