These terms cover our website, web desktop and browser extension.<\/p>\n WinTabOS provides a personal browser desktop for bookmarks, folders, notes and practical tools, with optional accounts and paid cloud features. You are responsible for your account credentials, content and lawful use. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, infringe rights, spread malware, interfere with other users or bypass security and plan limits.<\/p>\n You retain ownership of your content and permit us to process it only as needed to provide the service and comply with law. Your private desktop is not a public directory. Keep independent backups: clearing browser data, uninstalling the extension or losing a browser profile can remove unsynchronized data. Folder passwords are not an encrypted vault.<\/p>\n Guest and registered plans are free. Pro is USD 2.99 per month or USD 24.99 per year, billed for the selected period. Taxes, currency conversion and the final payable amount are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable recurring price unless cancelled before renewal. Any changes to recurring pricing will be communicated as required before they apply.<\/p>\n Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle. Its checkout terms apply to payment processing. We provide the WinTabOS service and product support. Plan features and limits are listed on our Pricing page.<\/p>\n You can cancel future renewal through account subscription management, the payment receipt management link or Paddle buyer support<\/a>. Contact us if you need help. Cancellation normally leaves paid access available until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling or deleting an account does not itself cancel billing.<\/p>\n We offer a full refund requested within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment. This voluntary offer does not automatically apply to renewal payments. See our Refund Policy; mandatory consumer rights and any applicable Paddle protections remain unaffected.<\/p>\n External websites, weather, wallpapers, search and payment services have their own availability and terms. We do not endorse every destination saved by users. Browser compatibility and online features may change.<\/p>\n We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of all lost data. We may restrict misuse or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance, with notice where practicable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.
