Privacy contact: wintabos@163.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n Guest desktops store bookmarks, website titles and URLs, folders, notes, tool records, wallpapers and preferences in your browser profile. Clearing browser storage or removing the extension may delete local data. Export a backup before doing so.<\/p>\n When you create an account, we process account and profile information such as email, display name, avatar and sign-in identifiers. Cloud synchronization stores the desktop content you synchronize on our servers. Eligible tool synchronization may include notes, Markdown, tasks, calendar entries and habit records when enabled. Private desktop content is not published to other users by default.<\/p>\n We process subscription and transaction references, membership status, authentication\/session records, support messages and technical information such as IP address and browser information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.<\/p>\n Storage saves your desktop and settings; alarms support timers and scheduled tools; identity supports account authorization; active-tab and context-menu access support saving a page or link that you select. Optional tab and bookmark access is used when you ask to read or import them. Optional notifications support reminders. The extension does not request continuous browsing-history access. Imported URLs and titles are still personal data and may be synchronized if you enable cloud features.<\/p>\n We use data to provide requested features, authenticate users, synchronize content, administer subscriptions, respond to support and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data or use private bookmarks, notes or browser data for personalized advertising. Browser-derived data is used only for the user-facing features described here. Human access is limited to authorized support with your consent, security investigations, legal obligations, or service operations where necessary.<\/p>\n Hosting, email, authentication and payment providers may process information needed to deliver their services. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. Payment checkout is provided by Paddle; we receive billing and subscription references, not your full payment-card details. See Paddle's privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n Opening a website or using search sends your request to that provider. Favicons, custom images, Bing or Wallhaven wallpapers and other remote content may contact their hosting providers, which receive network information such as your IP address. WeatherAPI receives the city or coordinates used for a weather request; precise browser location requires your permission. Third-party sign-in or avatar services may process information when used. These providers apply their own policies. Sponsor links are separate from your private desktop content.<\/p>\n We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, desktop content, preferences and feature state. You can clear them in your browser, but doing so may sign you out or remove unsynchronized data. Disabling a permission or cloud synchronization may limit the related feature.<\/p>\n We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate security, billing and legal obligations. Deletion requests may leave records that must be retained for these purposes, including billing references and limited backup records. We use access controls and encrypted connections where supported, but no system is risk-free. Folder passwords are access controls, not a promise of end-to-end encryption.<\/p>\n You may request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing wintabos@163.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Rights depend on applicable law. You can export local bookmarks, revoke extension permissions, disable optional synchronization and clear local browser storage separately. Deleting an account or uninstalling the extension does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; cancel renewal separately through subscription management or Paddle buyer support.<\/p>\n Our operator is based in China. Depending on the services you use, information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable requirements. WinTabOS is not marketed to children.
